Highly recommend after an absolutely fantastic service from party zone hire today, was badly let down at the last minute by another well known Glasgow company, contacted this company to ask if they could help and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating by going out of their way to squeeze us in at the last minute! Prompt response to messages and even came to my house first to do a visit to make sure the gazebo would be a proper fit before the actual day due to shape of my garden. I got an adult bouncy castle for my birthday from here recently, and the experience was so much fun!
The set-up and take-down was easy and quick, and you can only imagine how much fun we had in between.
The only thing that could be improved is communication - it sometimes took a wee while or a reminder to get a response. But all in all, it was a fabulous experience!

Overall I’m glad we booked a gazebo from party zone hire. The gazebo was a perfect size and it was put up quickly and efficiently. We had lots of compliments at our garden party and I’d definitely book again. My constructive feedback would be that 2 of the lights were not working. They should have been checked before leaving us with them. I texted Andris straight away hoping for a resolution but we didn’t get a solution that worked and just had to accept it. I’d have really appreciated a refund on that part of the order or someone coming to replace them before the party. My other constructive feedback would be that the delivery was over an hour earlier than the text stated. This meant I didn’t have chance to get the garden ready and make sure it was free from dog dirt before the gazebo arrived. Only minor issues that would have made the process perfect. It didn’t affect the party and I’d still book again in future.

On the day of the event, the hired bouncy castle was quick to be inflated at the time stated on the email. My son absolutely loved his spider man bouncy castle. I had no concerns throughout. I had enquired to a few other companies before finding Party Zone Hire. They had availability for the date I was requesting, prices were very very decent and customer service was second to none. They replied very quickly and even contacted me on the lead up to my event to confirm timings etc.
they turned up on time and set up, giving the castle a wee clean too to make sure it was spotless for the kids. Set up was seamless. Upon collection they came in and packed up without any hassle.

I rented tables, chairs and a disco speaker with a mic as I was throwing a surprise baby shower for my darling younger sister. I rented an adult bouncy castle for my birthday from here recently, and the experience was so much fun!
The set-up and take-down was easy and quick, and you can only imagine how much fun we had in between.
The only thing that could be improved is communication - it sometimes took a wee while or a reminder to get a response. But all in all, it was a fabulous experience!

Gazebo Hired for 60th Birthday, erected very efficiently with very kind manner, also managed to hire 10 chairs, luckily they were in the van so could be provided there and then, these were not originally ordered, so very helpful, gazebo had lighting and heaters and was absolutely great. Just hired the gazebos for my husbands 40th birthday! Was worried as weather been awful this week and thought be frozen inside it but the team put 4 heaters in and flooring! Was absolutely perfect! The material was really thick so didn’t feel the cold at all! Tables and chairs were perfect sizes, I even got a freebie of a music system and some extra chairs! I was worried that the marquee wouldn’t fit - Andris came out to check before I had even booked it.
Set up / take down was great - given an approx time and they came within that time. Guys were brand new.
The marquee itself is brilliant - would defo hire it again.
Great for during the day and at night. The flooring is great - saves the grass from getting constantly walked on and saves trailing mud around - it’s non slip as well which is great. Hired the speaker and lights too which were great for night time. I would highly recommend this company and I will defo be hiring from them again in the future.
